TAKE NOTICE that an Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Shareholders of BLOCKMINT TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the “Company”) will be held in the Boardroom of Owen Bird Law Corporation, Suite 2900 – 733 Seymour Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (Vancouver time).
The Company encourages all shareholders to vote by proxy and also to monitor the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ for any changes to Meeting arrangements.
